Event details
The Worcester event takes place on 17 May 2026 at Worcester Rugby Football Club, Offerton Lane, Hindlip, Worcester WR3 8TR. The event offers the following distances:
- Full Marathon
- Half Marathon
- 10K
All finishers receive a bespoke medal. Photographs are taken by Your Race Day and are available after the event. Minimum ages are 18 for the marathon, 17 for the half marathon and 15 for the 10K. Entry fees listed are: Marathon £44 (affiliated) / £46 (unaffiliated); Half Marathon £38 (affiliated) / £40 (unaffiliated); 10K £30 (affiliated) / £32 (unaffiliated). Parking is provided at Sixways and is free.
Course, services and rules
The marathon follows a looped rural-lane course completed twice, with an additional section on the second lap. The half follows the same first lap as the marathon, then splits back toward the finish at about 11 miles. The 10K route uses the canal towpath for about 4 km to Dunhampstead and then returns via Plough Lane and Green Lane. Water stations: three on the half, seven on the full (one additional at mile 18), and one on the 10K. Baggage drop and toilets are provided near the finish area. Prize awards are given to the first three men and women and to age-group winners in ten-year bands from 35 upwards. Bone conduction sports headphones are the only headphones permitted on the open roads. Refunds are available up to six weeks before the race less a £2 admin fee; after that no refunds unless the entrant helps marshal. Entries may be transferred to another runner before the event.
