Event overview
The Worcester Marathon, Half Marathon and 10K takes place on 17 May 2026 at Worcester Rugby Football Club, Offerton Lane, Hindlip, Worcester (WR3 8TR). The event includes three distances:
- Full Marathon
- Half Marathon
- 10K
All finishers receive a bespoke medal. The event supports St Richard’s Hospice as a charity partner. Photographs will be available after the race through the appointed race photographer.
Courses, entries and facilities
The full marathon is two laps of a rural lane loop with a small additional section on the second lap. The half follows the same first lap as the marathon then splits at about 11 miles to return to the finish. The 10K route includes a canal towpath section of about 4 km towards Dunhampstead and returns via local lanes. Entry fees vary by distance and affiliation (examples in source: marathon about £44–£46, half marathon about £38–£40, 10K about £30–£32). Minimum ages are 18 for the marathon, 17 for the half, and 15 for the 10K. Parking is provided at Sixways stadium and is free; a short walk leads to the race finish and race HQ. There are water stations on each course (three on the half, seven on the full, one on the 10K). Only bone conduction open-ear headphones are allowed on the open roads.
