Event overview
The Woolooma Classic Adventure Run is an off-road endurance event scheduled for September 12, 2026. The course distance is 30.9 km with total elevation gain of 1,423 m. The route includes mixed terrain: sealed and unsealed road, fire trails, river crossings, cattle grids and steep rocky road. The halfway point is Woolooma Glass House at the top of Mt Woolooma, where runners have access to a bathroom and water. The event supports the KIDS Foundation, an organisation that works with children affected by serious injury, trauma and related education programs.
Logistics and safety
Event location details list Belltrees Road, Belltrees, NSW 2337, and Glass House Road, Mt Woolooma, NSW 2337. Free onsite parking, toilets and water facilities are available; there is no camping. The stated run time window is 3 hours to 6 hours. All runners must carry a pre-prepared running backpack containing sun protection, a basic first aid kit (including 10 bandaids, a bandage with tape, and a whistle), at least 1 L of water, and a communication device (phone or UHF). On-course checkpoints provide water refills and jelly lollies; there will be no single-use cups. Each checkpoint has a volunteer and on-course vehicles for assistance.
