Woodhall Spa Sprint Triathlon
The Woodhall Spa Sprint Triathlon takes place at Jubilee Park, Woodhall Spa on 19.09.2027 with a maximum field of 650 entrants, including teams. The event follows Age Group, non drafting sprint pool rules and stages competitors in swim-time based waves so athletes swim with similarly paced swimmers.
Distances:
- 400 metre outdoor heated pool swim in a 33 metre pool.
- 24 km cycle on quiet, flat country roads.
- 5 km run through the local village on a flat out and back route.
Entry categories and fees are published for open, team and junior entries: £55 for open entries, £46 for a whole team entry, and £41 for junior entry. Junior solo athletes must be at least 16 and require a parental consent form; team relay ages are 13 plus for the swim leg and 16 plus for the cycle and run, with consent required for under 18s. Ticket prices include public liability insurance so a separate race pass is not required.
Jubilee Park provides the start and finish location with an open air pool, camping and caravanning options, and park facilities. The event uses chip timing, supplies a bespoke themed medal and offers cake at the finish. A donation from each entry supports Jubilee Park. Training sessions and a novice training day by a local coach are organised at the venue in the lead up to the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
