Women's Epic Road Half Marathon and 10k
The event offers two loop road races that begin and end at Weber State University Stewart Stadium in Ogden, Utah. The courses travel through local roads with rolling hills, faster descents, mountain views, and fall foliage, and finish on the Weber State track inside the stadium.
Distances:
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
- 10k (6.2 miles)
Aid stations and portable restrooms are placed approximately every two miles. The half marathon includes five aid stations. Aid stations will provide water and an electrolyte drink from Clean Simple Eats; several stations will offer Cranksports E-Gel. Medical personnel are available at the start area, finish area, at each aid station, and along the course. A fully staffed pacer team will support a range of target finish times and includes a sweeper.
Time limits are set for each course: four hours for the half marathon and two hours for the 10k, which requires an approximate 18 minute per mile pace to finish before cutoff. Timing is provided with professional timing technology. Packet pickup and the expo take place the day before the race at the stadium and include a pre-race stretch on the field. Finishers receive a custom necklace and top overall and age group finishers are recognized with awards. Race policies prohibit children, strollers, and pets on the course.
