Wings for Life World Run El Paso is an App Run event in El Paso, United States, organised as part of the Wings for Life World Run. The local meeting point is Viejo Coffee near the university. The local route is a 2.7 mile loop around the park, running along East Campbell and North Campbell. After completing a loop participants may run additional loops or return to Viejo Coffee.

The event uses a Virtual Catcher Car instead of a fixed finish line. Competitors, including wheelchair participants, race to stay ahead of the Virtual Catcher Car, which begins 30 minutes after the race start at 14 km/h and then increases speed until the last athletes are caught.
