Event Format
The Wings for Life World Run in Nottingham is an App Run event. Participants use a mobile app to join a simultaneous global run. The unique race format involves a virtual 'catcher car' that starts 30 minutes after the runners and sets a pace that increases over time. The run continues until the catcher car virtually overtakes each participant.
Location
The event takes place at the David Ross Sports Village on the University of Nottingham's (UoN) Park Campus.
Course and Accessibility
The event is accessible for wheelchair participants. A refreshment station and local setup will be provided on site.
