About the race
Winery Run - Hunter Valley is a running event held on 18 July 2027 in the Hunter Valley region. All races start and finish at Wandin Estate, Cricket Pavilion, 12 Wilderness Road, Lovedale NSW. The event offers a range of distances to suit different preferences:
- Marathon (42.2 km)
- Half Marathon (21.1 km)
- Winery 10.5 km
- Winery Wander 5 km
- Kids Marathon Approx 2 km
All participants who cross the finish line receive a commemorative medal. Prizes are awarded to the overall male and female winners; age group medals are not presented. Dogs are not permitted on course. Official results will be published on Multisport Australia Timing and race day photos will be available through Marathon Photos.
Entries open in late 2026 and close the day before the event unless sold out earlier. A late entry fee applies from two weeks before race day. Entry transfers are possible through the Crowdcatcher entry portal for a $10 transfer fee; transfers are only available within this event. Refunds are offered on a sliding scale: 70% refund up to six weeks before the event, 40% refund from six weeks to 14 days before the event, and no refunds within 14 days of the event.
