Wimbledon Common Half Marathon & 10k - June 2027
This event offers two distances through Wimbledon Common, held at Richardson Evans Memorial Playing Fields, Roehampton Vale, London SW15 3PQ. The course runs through the grounds of the common with each mile marked by sign posts and marshals positioned to guide and encourage runners.
The route uses a mix of undulating gravel and tarmac paths. Trail shoes are recommended, especially in wet conditions. The 10K route lists an elevation gain of 60 m.

Race facilities include a central event village, chip timing, a unique themed medal, free race photos, post race goodies and a secure baggage marquee with tags attached to race numbers. Toilets are provided in the event village. Water stations with cups are placed at 3.5, 7, 10 and 12 miles on the Half Marathon route and at 5k on the 10K. A bottle of water is available at the finish.
Access notes: there is no on site parking and public transport or walking is recommended. The nearest train station is Wimbledon; from there take the 93 bus to Marryat Road then walk about 5 to 10 minutes. The event village location is ///dates.weep.shapes for precise reference. The terrain makes the event unsuitable for buggy runners and wheelchair athletes. Dogs may not run but are allowed in the event village on a lead.
