Registration options include an in-person timed 5K and an in-person untimed 1-mile fun run/walk, plus virtual 5K and virtual 1-mile options available with or without a participation medal and t-shirt. Participants who register by May 31, 2026 are eligible to receive a t-shirt and medal. Virtual results must be submitted between June 25 and June 27, 2026.

Packet pick-up is scheduled for Friday, June 26, at Fleet Feet, 449 Warfield Blvd, Suite G, Clarksville, TN 37043; the exact time will be announced by the organizers. Registration fees are used primarily to fund a memorial scholarship for local graduating high school students and to cover event costs. Any remaining funds support the running club's nonprofit fees, volunteer project supplies, event memberships, and equipment maintenance.
