Will Rogers 24 Hour

Event Format
The Will Rogers event features running on a 2-mile loop course at Will Rogers State Historic Park in Pacific Palisades, California. Participants complete as many loops as they can within a set time limit. The event offers several distance and time-based options:
- 10K – 3 loops
- Half Marathon – 6 loops
- 30K – 9 loops
- 50K – 14 loops
- 6-Hour – As many loops as possible
- 12-Hour – Solo or relay
- 24-Hour – Solo or relay
- 100 Mile – 46 loops (completed within 24 hours)
The 12-hour and 24-hour events can be entered as solo efforts or as relay teams. A 12-hour relay and a 24-hour relay are also offered as separate categories.
Course and Support
The course is described as rolling terrain. A fully stocked aid station is located at the end of each loop, which is also where participants pass the start/finish area and can access their vehicles. Crews are permitted for distances over 30K (including all timed events) and can set up in the start/finish grass area. Pacers are allowed for the solo 24-hour and 12-hour races, starting after the 6-hour mark.
Park Access Rules
Pacers and spectators are not allowed to enter the park after 6:00 PM. They must enter by that time. Runners, pacers, and spectators may leave at any time, but re-entry after 6:00 PM is not permitted. All runners must be finished and off the course by 6:29 AM on the following day.
A small prize money contest will be held for relay teams with the best baton. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
