The Wilkinstown 5k run takes place on Sunday, May 24. Registration opens at 8 a.m. The event starts at 12:30 p.m. The venue is Amenity Park in Wilkinstown, County Meath.
Purpose and Organization
This event supports two causes: Nobber Cancer Support and Wilkinstown Community Centre. It is organized by Yvonne Curtis, who has a personal connection to both organizations. The vision is for this to become a yearly event.
What's Included
Participants can register for a 5k run. Entry includes:
- A chipped timing service.
- A finishing medal for all registrants who complete the race.
- A t-shirt for the first 200 adults who register.
After-race refreshments will be available at Wilkinstown Community Centre.
Registration and Tickets
Different ticket types are available:
- 5K Entry.
- 5K - Teen Entry (for ages 13-18).
- 5K Fun Run (for under 12s, no t-shirt included).
