Wild Goose Chase - Delta
Wild Goose Chase takes place at Gunnison Bend Reservoir, 70 South 3000 West, Delta, UT 84624. The race is held during the Snow Goose Festival near a major migration area for lesser snow geese; thousands of birds can be seen on the water and in the surrounding fields.
The event offers multiple distances:
- 5K Run/Walk
- 10K
- Kids 1 Mile
- Kids 1/4 Mile
The 5K course is a flat road. Medals are awarded to all finishers, and awards are given to the top three runners per gender. T-shirts are guaranteed for participants registered by FEB 15th. Kids in the children’s races do not receive t-shirts but will receive other event goodies.
Registration details listed for this event state a pre-registration fee of $25 for adults and $10 for kids when completed by FEB 20th. Online registration closes on the 20th at 9:00 pm. No race day sign ups are allowed.
