Wild Goose Chase at Gunnison Bend Reservoir
The Wild Goose Chase is an annual road race held at Gunnison Bend Reservoir, located at 70 South 3000 West, Delta, Utah 84624. The event is scheduled as part of the Snow Goose Festival and takes place where the migration of lesser snow geese can be observed near the reservoir.

- 5K Run/Walk
- Wild Goose 10K
- Kid's 1/4 Mile
- Kid's 1 Mile
- Kid's Fun Run
The 5K course is a flat road. Medals are awarded to all finishers, and awards are presented to the top three finishers per gender in the competitive races. T-shirts are guaranteed for participants who register by February 15. Children in the kids races do not receive t-shirts but will receive other goodies.
Pre-registration rules are stated: online registration closes on February 20 at 9:00 pm, and there are no race day sign ups. When pre-registering by February 20 the fee is $25 for adults and $10 for children.
