Ticket options include single race tickets and a combined 1K and 5K option. 1K tickets include three 1 oz wine tastings along the course, a fourth tasting at the finish served in a wine glass, an event bib, an event shirt, and access to the after party. 5K tickets include a wine glass with finish line wine, an event bib, an event shirt, a finisher medal, and access to the after party. A spectator tasting-only ticket is available separately and includes an etched wine glass and bracelet to allow wine purchase at the event.
On-site features listed for the event include race bags and goods, food trucks, sampling stations on the 1K, aid stations on the course, music, games, merchandise tent, finish line wine, dance and costume contests, and an after party. The 5K course will have two water stations on course and an additional water station at the finish; participants may walk the 5K and will be organized in start waves.
Logistics note that packet pickup details will be posted prior to the event, there is an optional packet mail delivery for an additional fee that provides automatic check-in, and parking at the venue may cost up to $20 cash per vehicle.
