White Horse Gallop - 5th Annual Community Day
The White Horse Gallop is a community running event presented by the White Horse Volunteer Fire Company in Gap, Pennsylvania. It combines a longer road race, a 5K, and a separate fun run for children at 111 White Horse Road, Gap PA 17527.
Distances offered:
- 13.1 Miles 1/2 Marthon
- 5K 5K road race
- Fun Run free for children ages 9 and under
Amenities include a T-shirt for 5K and half marathon pre-registrants and a goodie bag, refreshments for finishers, and restrooms and parking on site. Chip time results are posted online via runsignup and event photos are posted on the White Horse Firehouse website. The fun run for children requires a registration form and carries no fee for ages 9 and under.
Awards are given to overall Male and Female winners and to the top three Male and Female finishers in each age group: 9 & Under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. Registration windows and fees are set separately for each event and include listed opening and closing dates and entry fees for the half marathon, 5K, and fun run.
