WHATARUN 5K/10K (Whataburger 75th anniversary weekend) : Houston, Texas
This event takes place over two consecutive mornings in November 2026 and marks a Whataburger 75th anniversary celebration. The in-person events are based at Addicks Park and Ride on Park Row Drive in the Energy Corridor, near I-10, at 14230 Katy Fwy, Houston TX 77079. The course is described as flat and fast and uses an out and back layout along Park Row Drive. Each event day is limited to 2,000 participants.
Event options include in-person races and a national at-home virtual edition. Distances offered:

- 10K (6.2 miles)
- Kids Dash 1K for ages 12 and under, untimed
- At-home virtual 5K/10K edition

For the first weekend day registration opens 07/28/2026 and closes 08/02/2026; published fees for that day are $42.95 for the 5K, $47.95 for the 10K, $29.95 for the Kids Dash, and $42.95 for the virtual 5K/10K. For the second weekend day registration opens 09/19/2026 and closes 11/09/2026; published fees for that day are $52.95 for the 5K, $57.95 for the 10K, and $34.95 for the Kids Dash.
