The WGP City Run Pirna is an annual running competition that has been held in the old town of Pirna since 2003. Organized by the Städtische Wohnungsgesellschaft Pirna in collaboration with the Kreissportbund Sächsische Schweiz-Osterzgebirge e.V., the run offers a unique atmosphere as it takes place in the dark under torchlight. The competition includes an individual run over 10,000 meters and a relay race over 10 x 1,000 meters.
