Westcountry Ultra Flat 50 miler

Website

The Westcountry Ultra Flat 50 is a 50-mile point-to-point ultramarathon in Somerset, England, ideal for first-time 50-mile runners or those seeking a fast race. The course features a pancake-flat first half along the Taunton to Bridgwater Canal Path and the River Parrett Trail, with opportunities to spot local wildlife. The second half is more undulating but with only a quarter of the elevation of the Hilly 50, passing through scenic areas including Steart Marshes, Hinkley Point, Kilve and Lilstock beaches, and the Quantock Hills before finishing at West Somerset College in Minehead.

The race includes six aid stations, is cupless, and has a 14-hour cut-off. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.

Always double-check with the organizer's website – things can change, and we might have sprinted past a few details!
