Werratalmarathon

The Werratal Marathon is a running event organized by local running groups from Treffurt, Mihla, and Creuzburg, set to take place on March 30, 2025. The marathon features a scenic circular route through the picturesque Naturpark Eichsfeld-Hainich-Werratal, starting and finishing in Treffurt. Participants will traverse various towns, including Schnellmannshausen, Volteroda, and Creuzburg, while crossing the Werra River four times.
