Event overview
The Waushara Run for Hope takes place on May 16, 2026, at 380 South Townline Road, Wautoma, WI. The event includes a 5 km (5K) run/walk and a 1 mile stroll/run/roll. Course maps are provided for both the 5K and the 1 mile route. Electronic timing is used for the event.
Registration, awards and extras
Registration offers early-bird and May pricing, with a price increase on May 1 and online registration closing at midnight on May 13. Same-day registration is available and accepted by cash or check. Refunds are not available. A virtual 5K option is offered and requires completion and submission of timing by May 17; shirts and medals for virtual participants are available for pickup on specified dates at the Public Health Office at 380 S Townline Rd, Wautoma.
Awards and participant items:
- Overall male and female awards for the 5K and the 1 mile.
- Age-group awards for the 5K only.
- T-shirt provided for all participants (guaranteed if signed up by May 1).
- Finisher medals for all participants.
Pet and stroller policies:
- A paid pet registration option for the 5K includes a pet scarf and pet finisher medal.
- Non-registered pets, pets in the 1 mile event, and strollers are allowed but must start behind other runners and walkers.
