Waterlink Santa Dash - London
The Waterlink Santa Dash is a festive community 5K fun run on Waterlink Way, Winsford Road, London SE6 4LT, organised by Ladies Who Run, a South London running club. The route follows River Pool Linear Park and Riverview Walk, with turnarounds at Southend Lane and the Catford Hill park entrance. The course stays within the park and does not cross roads.
Entry is open to adults aged 18 and over. Family members, friends and dogs on leads may attend as spectators along the route. The event is in person and listed as a 2-hour event with free on-street parking available near Winsford Road and around the Perry Hill Pub.
Participants are invited to wear Santa outfits. Reusable Santa hats are offered on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last; hats are one size and are not guaranteed. Entry currently shows a ticket price of £22.38 on Eventbrite, with refunds available up to seven days before the event.
Pace groups are organised as a guide and may be adjusted on the day; options include fast walking, 7:30-8:30 min/km, 6:30-7:30 min/km, 5:30-6:30 min/km and faster than 5:30 min/km. High-visibility marshals will be on course and first-aid cover is based at the start/finish. Post-run refreshments such as mulled wine or hot spiced apple juice and mince pies are provided at the Perry Hill Pub in exchange for the race number.
