Wasaga Beach Triathlon and Duathlon
This event takes place at the Main Beach Area in Wasaga Beach and includes triathlon and duathlon formats, with Sprint and Olympic distances, Swim Bike options, and relays for Sprint and Olympic races. The paved transition area overlooks the swim course. Registration, food, awards, and the finish line are located at the beach.
Pricing varies by event and by registration period, with early bird and subsequent pricing tiers. Online registration closes on Thursday, August 27 or when event entry limits are reached. Registrations completed by August 9 receive a race specific t shirt; registrations after that date receive a series t shirt. Participants may opt out of a t shirt for a CA$5 discount.
The refund policy offers a 75% refund four weeks before an event weekend, a 25% refund two weeks before, and no refunds within two weeks; processing fees apply. Transfer options are available with fees for sub event transfers, participant to participant transfers, and event to event transfers; transfers must be completed through Race Roster and follow the stated timing rules. A valid Triathlon Ontario membership or a Triathlon Ontario one day fee is required for all registrations.
A pre event notice will provide course details, the final event schedule, and retailers in attendance. A final event notice will provide bib numbers and start information. A post race report will be sent with photos and results. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
