This event features triathlon and duathlon races hosted in the Main Beach Area of Wasaga Beach. The transition area is paved and overlooks the swim course. Registration, food, awards and the finish line are located at the beach.

Courses are described as flat and fast. Registration fees vary by registration period and there is a deadline to receive a race-specific T-shirt; registrations after that date receive a series T-shirt. Participants may choose a $5 discount by opting out of a T-shirt. A valid Triathlon Ontario membership or a Triathlon Ontario one-day fee is required at checkout.
The refund policy provides a 75% refund four weeks before the event, a 25% refund two weeks before, and no refunds within two weeks of the event. Transfers are allowed with specified fees for sub-event, participant-to-participant, and event-to-event transfers and are subject to administrative deadlines.
Communications include a pre-event notice with course details, a final notice with bib number and start time information, and a post-race report with photos and results. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
