War Eagle Run Fest

The War Eagle Run Fest is presented by FRESHJUNKIE Racing in conjunction with Auburn-Opelika Tourism and Auburn University. This is the event's 5th annual edition. The event takes place over two days at Auburn University, specifically at 251 S Donahue Dr in Auburn, AL.

Participants can choose from three separate race distances held on different days:

• Half Marathon (13.1 miles) on March 1, with a 4-hour time limit (18:20 per mile pace).
• 5K (3.1 miles) presented by Glenda Mitchell Law Firm on February 28, with a 1.5-hour time limit (29:00 per mile pace).
• Kids Mile presented by Allen Turner Automotive on February 28, open to children aged 12 and under.

All finishers receive a commemorative medal. After the races, there is a post-race tailgate party outside the stadium featuring music and food. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
