About the race
Vienna City Marathon takes place in Vienna on 18 April 2027 under the slogan Let’s run & let the music play. The event presents multiple race formats through the city known as the world capital of music.

The full marathon route runs past modern and classical highlights and finishes in the heart of Vienna. The Tchibo Coffee Run 10K starts on the Reichsbrücke on Sunday morning and includes coffee and Viennese pastry at the VCM finish. The Vienna 5K takes place on the Ringstraße around the city centre. The Daily Mile events and children's races focus on joy in running; the Daily Mile 800 is for ages 5 to 10, the Prinzessinnen- & Prinzenlauf is for ages 3 to 6. The Coca-Cola Inclusion Run emphasises community and accessibility without barriers.
