Event Overview
The VFW Run to Remember R2R is a 5K running and walking event in Laredo, Texas. It takes place at North Central Park on International Boulevard. Registration is available in several categories with different fees.
Registration and Fees
Registration is open in the following categories:
- Running-5K - Individual Age group/open
- Running-5K (17 and Under) - Individual Age group/open
- Walking-5K - Individual Age group/open
- Walking-5K (17 and Under) - Individual Age group/open
The standard entry fee is $20.00 for adults and $15.00 for participants 17 and under. Fees increase closer to the event date, with a higher fee for same-day registration.
Event Details
Awards are given to the top three male and female winners in each age category, with additional trophies for the overall male and female winners. Age categories are separated by decade from 10 and under to 70 and over.
Participants who register by May 10th are guaranteed an event shirt; after this date, shirt availability and size are not guaranteed. Packet pickup information will be announced later. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
