Utah Run for CDH
The Utah Run for CDH is the fifth annual in-person race organized by Tiny Hero to raise awareness for congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH). The event is scheduled for May 16, 2026, at Harvey Park in Pleasant Grove, Utah.
The course is described as fast and flat, out and back, on a wide trail at the base of the Wasatch mountains. Distances offered include:
- 10k out and back on a wide trail at the base of the Wasatch mountains.
- 5k on the same out and back course.
- Fun Run shorter family route on the trail.
Registration includes official electronic timing, a participant shirt, and a medal. Registration completed by May 3, 2026 guarantees a shirt; general registration remains open until race day. Overall male and female winners and age division prizes will be awarded after the event.
Packet pick-up is available the day before at UtahRUN in Lindon and on race day at the event location. The race location is listed as Harvey Park, Pleasant Grove, Utah.
