Utah Run for CDH 2026
The Utah Run for CDH is an annual event held in Cedar Hills and Pleasant Grove, Utah. Scheduled for May 16, 2026, this event represents the fifth official in-person race organized by Tiny Hero to raise awareness for Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH). The race is held at Harvey Park, situated next to Deerfield Elementary School, with the course set at the base of the Wasatch mountains.
The event offers three distinct distances for participants:
- 10k
- 5k
- Fun Run
The race course is designed as an out and back route on a wide trail. It is characterized as a fast and flat terrain. All registered participants in the 10k and 5k events receive official electronic timing. Included in the registration are a race shirt and a commemorative medal.
The event features a competitive element with awards presented to the overall male and female winners. Additionally, prizes are designated for winners within various age divisions following the conclusion of the races. For those unable to pick up their materials on race day, a packet pick-up option is available on the day prior to the event at a designated location in Lindon.
The venue at Harvey Park provides a mountain-side setting for the community gathering, which also includes a shorter Fun Run to accommodate different participation preferences. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
