Courses and logistics

The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back course that is repeated multiple times: the 5K follows the out-and-back twice and the 10K follows it four times. The Half Marathon uses an out-and-back course that is repeated six times. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes is specified.
