Event overview
The Medal Madness event is scheduled for December 12, 2026, at Stockstill Park in Branson, Missouri (625 Stockstill Ln, Branson, MO 65616). The event is organized by US Road Running and includes finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, and a best costume option. All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration.

The 5K and 10K use a 0.78 mile course segment that forms an out-and-back of 1.56 miles; the 5K repeats that out-and-back two times and the 10K repeats it four times. The Half Marathon uses a 1.09 mile segment that forms an out-and-back of 2.18 miles and is repeated six times. The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
