Medal Madness 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon in Bettendorf, IA

Course formats are out-and-back segments. The 5K and 10K use a 3.11 mile out-and-back section; the 5K completes that section once and the 10K completes it twice. The half marathon uses a 3.28 mile out-and-back section and completes that section four times. The overall course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
