About the race
Up and Running Events organizes monthly 5k and 10k races in various parks around Glasgow, including Kelvingrove Park. These events are open to participants aged 11 and older for the 5k and 15 and older for the 10k. Each race is chip-timed and officially distance measured, with results submitted to Run Britain Rankings.
Finishers receive medals and goody bags, and prizes are awarded to the top three finishers in each gender category.
