Ulnooweg Summer Solstice Run
The Ulnooweg Summer Solstice Run is an annual event held in Millbrook, Nova Scotia, celebrating community and Indigenous culture on National Indigenous Peoples Day. The 2025 edition offers in-person 2K, 5K, and 10K runs, with certified courses for the 5K and 10K as part of the Nova Scotia Road Race Series. Routes include paved and unpaved sections, featuring scenic loops around Legends Avenue and nearby roads.
Walkers are welcome in the 2K and 5K distances. A virtual run option is available throughout June, Indigenous History Month. The event fosters healthy living and reconciliation, concluding with a post-run breakfast social.
