Two Rivers Race Around the Lake 5K
The Two Rivers Race Around the Lake 5K is the fourth annual community road race held in Two Rivers, Odenton, Maryland on May 16, 2026. The course runs around Cattail Lake and through the neighborhood near 1435 Two Rivers Blvd.
The event includes the following race entries:
- 5K (Age 13+), entry fee $35
- 5K (Age 12 and under), entry fee $25
Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers. Age group awards are presented in these brackets: 12 and under, 13 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 and over. Medals are awarded to division winners.
Proceeds from the race support the Two Rivers Tornados Swim Team. The Tornados went undefeated in the 2024 summer swim season and advanced to Division 5 in the Central Maryland Swim League following the 2025 season. Timing and race management are provided by Blue Cheetah Sports Timing.
