Twin Lakes Triathlon : August 8, 2026, Manson, IA
The event at Twin Lakes Bible Camp includes two race options: the Sprint Triathlon and the Super Sprint Triathlon. The Sprint allows individual and team entries; the Super Sprint is for individuals only. Both triathlons use the same transition areas and are chip-timed with real-time results provided by a timing service. Course maps are provided for each swim, bike, and run segment. Twin Lakes Bible Camp provides breakfast for participants; others may eat with a donation. T-shirts are available for racers who register by July 23.
Distances and entry fees
- Sprint Triathlon: 500 m swim, 11.6 mi bike, 3.1 mi run.
- Super Sprint Triathlon: 300 m swim, 5.8 mi bike, 1.75 mi run.
- Entry fees listed are $60 for Sprint individual, $90 for Sprint team, and $60 for Super Sprint. Registration fees increase one month before the race.
Logistics and awards
Day-of check-in and transition access are managed from the camp gathering area; only numbered athletes may enter the transition area and participants must retrieve their equipment after the race. Packet pickup is available the evening before at the camp; the evening pickup is the last opportunity to register in person. An award ceremony is held after the final finish; awards are given to the top three overall male and female individuals, the top team, and to age-group winners. Lodging options at the camp include hotel-style rooms, RV hookups, and tent sites; reservations must be made at least one week in advance.
