Cub Scout Pack 3254 Twilight Zombie Trail 5k & Monster Dash
This event is a fall fundraiser hosted by Cub Scout Pack 3254 on October 17, 2026 at the Anthracite Outdoor Adventure Area, 4100 PA-125, Coal Township, PA 17866. The program combines an evening 5K run/walk with a separate kids Monster Dash and family-oriented activities.
The 5K is listed as 3.1 Miles. Pre-registration fee is $30 and day-of registration is $35; day-of payments accept cash, check, or Venmo. Pre-registered participants receive a free Zombie 5k T-shirt. Awards include medals for the top three male and top three female finishers in each age division: 0-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. Additional awards are planned for best team costume and best individual costume.
The Monster Dash is free for children, does not require pre-registration, and is open to all children present. Food and snacks will be available for purchase, and professionally designed event T-shirts will be offered. The event serves as a fundraiser to support the Cub Scout Pack and includes opportunities for local sponsorship to help cover costs and support the scouting program.
