TVL Freedom Run
TVL Freedom Run is a free group run that begins and ends at the flagpole at 301 Parkway Dr in Trussville, Alabama. The event is organized through the Trecho Walk Jog Run group at FBCTrussville and is presented as a community sign-in event rather than a required registration race.

- 10 km
The gathering starts with a five minute devotional and a short prayer, after which all participants start together. The course is marked with arrows and a water station is available along the route. A clock will be set up on site, but the event does not use an official timing system.
Awards and post-run provisions are part of the event. The first ten men and first ten women to finish will receive an American Flag medal. Popsicles and Capri-Suns will be available after the run. Participants are encouraged to wear patriotic attire in recognition of America’s 250th celebration.
Registration is optional; all Trecho events operate as sign-in events and do not require prior registration. The event is described as open to all and free of charge. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
