Tuam Stars Hyrox

Tuam Stars Hyrox is a fundraising fitness event held at the Tuam Stars Clubhouse and the Tuam Stars GAA grounds on Dublin Road. The event combines short runs with functional workout stations around the perimeter of the pitches and on the AstroTurf, with spectators able to watch from the grounds.

The core format repeats a running segment followed by a workout station for a total of eight rounds. Participants may substitute any single 1 km run with a 2 km bike segment. The event includes individual and team options and is timed and judged with waves for different entry categories.

Distances and formats:

• 1 km run followed by a workout station, repeated eight times
• 2 km bike as an optional swap for any single 1 km run
• Relay teams of four, each member completing two legs

Entry categories and listed prices include:

• Singles: €50 plus fees
• Doubles: €90 plus fees
• Relay: €150 plus fees Business sponsorship options with flags and pitch side signage are also available.
