Merrell Tsitsikamma MTB & Trail Run
The Merrell Tsitsikamma MTB and Trail Run is a mountain biking and trail running event held in Tsitsikamma. The Trail Run is scheduled for 5 September 2026 and the MTB races for 6 September 2026. The event was established in 2012 and is organised by Mountain Events.
Races take place on routes that pass cliffs above the Indian Ocean and through Tsitsikamma forest. Multiple race distances and entry fee tiers are listed for both MTB and trail running, and some MTB categories require a Cycling SA day licence.

Additional event information notes that participants under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult in both Trail Run and MTB races. Online entries close at midnight on Thursday 3 September 2026, and late entries are available at registration for an additional fee of R100.
