Triffic Trail, London

Triffic Trail is a trail running event held entirely within Trent Country Park in Enfield. The course combines woodland trails, grassy fields, a few hills and some stretches of tarmac while remaining inside the park boundary. Surfaces are uneven and the activity is described as trail running.

The event includes separate races for different age groups and abilities:

• 2 km Kids Fun Run : minimum age 9 years
• 4.5 km Junior Race : aimed at U16s; minimum age 12 years
• 10 km Senior Race : for ages 16 and over

The senior race is run under UKA rules and will be chip timed, with results published online after the event. Race photographs are made available to download free after the race. The junior and fun courses have additional marshals and are open to younger entrants; on-course marshals mark hazards such as exposed roots.

For safety and event management, the race is designed for runners only. Pushchairs, wheelchairs and dogs are not permitted and the course is not suitable for guided runners or wheelchair competitors. Entry fees vary by category; senior entry prices and junior fees are stated by the organiser, and a booking fee is added at checkout. If the event is cancelled in its entirety, refunds exclude the booking fee or a deferral may be offered. A percentage of entry fees is donated to local charity partners.
