About the race
TriathlonWorld Reest Run powered by Hoka is held on the second Saturday of October in the Meppel–Staphorst region, with the start and finish at the Reestbaan near AV de Sprinter. The course is described as a beautiful and fast route through the Meppel and Staphorst surroundings, taking in the scenic Reestdal. Races include 10 km and 21.1 km for adults.
For younger participants there is a 1 km run for children, Framerunners, and G‑athletes, plus a 2,500 m run for high school–age youth in its fourth year. The event creates a welcoming community atmosphere. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
