Triathlon Pohénégamook 2026
Triathlon Pohénégamook takes place on July 4 and 5 2026 in Pohénégamook, Quebec. The event marks its 11th edition and is part of the Série D3couverte. On July 4 there is a "My First Triathlon" conference and an open water swim clinic. On July 5 adult races are scheduled in the morning, youth events in the afternoon, and celebrations run throughout the day.
Age category is determined by the athlete's age on December 31 2026. Some youth races are untimed; youth categories cover ages approximately 4 to 15 depending on the race. Online registration requires a client account and the reservation deadline is July 2 2026 at 23:59. Prices shown apply to Triathlon Québec members and include MS-1 service fees; non-member fees apply according to category.

- Triathlon Initiation (16+) : 375 m / 10 km / 2.5 km
- Triathlon Sprint (16+) : 750 m / 20 km / 5 km
- Triathlon Olympic (18+) : 1.5 km / 40 km / 10 km
- Duathlon, aquavelo, aquathlon and running races of 1 km, 5 km and 10 km
