Triathlon ÉPIQ 2026
Triathlon ÉPIQ is a gravel-format triathlon featuring open-water swimming in Lac Memphrémagog, gravel cycling on roads in the Canton of Potton and running partly on roads and partly on trails, including the ascent and descent of Mont Owl's Head. The event is held in semi-autonomy and holds an ÉcoTQ Silver certification. Age category is determined by the athlete's age on December 31, 2026.
The event on September 26, 2026 offers multiple formats:
- Triathlon ÉPIQ - 1.9 km / 85 km / 22.1 km (individual or team, 18+)
- Triathlon ÉPIQ Oly+ - 1.5 km / 42 km / 10 km (individual or team, 18+)
- Triathlon ÉPIQ Sprint+ - 0.75 km / 25 km / 5.5 km (individual or team, 16+)
- Duathlon ÉPIQ - 3.5 km / 86 km / 22.1 km (individual, 18+)
- Duathlon ÉPIQ Sprint+ - 2.5 km / 26 km / 5.5 km (individual, 16+)
Team entries accept two or three athletes. Displayed prices are for Triathlon Québec members and include MS-1 service fees; non-member fees apply. The online reservation deadline is September 13, 2026 at midnight. Registration requires a client account.
All participants commit to a reasonable fundraising requirement. Event operating surplus will be donated to the Centre d'action bénévole de la Missisquoi Nord, a nonprofit focused on health, social services, protection, education and local quality of life.
