Triathlon du Saguenay CLUB PISCINE 2026
The event takes place at 2230 Rue de la Rivière-aux-Sables, Saguenay (Jonquière borough). The transition area is located beside the Rivière-aux-Sables in a park with paved parking. The swim portion is held in the river on a looped course.
The bike course runs through Jonquière streets and a relatively flat agricultural road, featuring a 10 km out-and-back section. The run follows a hilly 5 km bike path loop. The organizer notes an experienced event team.
Age category is determined by the athlete's age on December 31, 2026. Online registration requires a client account and the registration deadline is August 8, 2026.
Offered distances
- Triathlon Initiation (16+) : 375 m swim, 10 km bike, 2.5 km run
- Triathlon Sprint (16+) : 750 m swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run
- Triathlon Olympic (18+) : 1.5 km swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run
- Triathlon Development (12-15) : 375 m swim, 10 km bike, 2.5 km run
- Duathlon Sprint (16+) : 5 km run, 20 km bike, 2.5 km run
- Teams : sprint and Olympic formats, teams of two or three athletes
