Triathlon du Saguenay CLUB PISCINE 2026
Triathlon du Saguenay Club Piscine takes place in Saguenay, Jonquière borough, with the transition area located beside the Rivière-aux-Sables in a park that includes an asphalt parking area. The swim section is held in the river on a loop course described as pleasant and safe.
The bike course travels through Jonquière streets and a flat, fast agricultural road, featuring a 10 km out-and-back. The run follows a hilly 5 km bike path loop.
Event formats and main distances include:
- Triathlon Initiation (16+) : 375 m / 10 km / 2.5 km
- Triathlon Sprint (16+) : 750 m / 20 km / 5 km
- Triathlon Olympic (18+) : 1.5 km / 40 km / 10 km
- Triathlon Development (12-15) : 375 m / 10 km / 2.5 km
- Duathlon Sprint (16+) : 5 km / 20 km / 2.5 km
- Team events available for sprint and Olympic distances
The competition date is 9 August 2026. Online registration closes 8 August 2026 at 23:59 and a client account is required to register. Displayed fees apply to Triathlon Québec members and include MS-1 service fees; non-member fees and taxes may apply.
