Trail Sainte‑Victoire
Trail Sainte‑Victoire is an annual trail running event organised by the association AIL Rousset. The event was created in 2003 and records about 1 200 inscriptions each year. AIL Rousset, founded in 1936 and recognised of public interest, coordinates the race and a range of community activities; the association currently manages around thirty sport and cultural activities with about fifty instructors.
The event takes place around the Sainte Victoire massif and proposes three distinct parcours with different distances and elevation gain. The organisation publishes practical information for participants and spectators, including transport, car sharing, parking, lodging, spectator points and the departure/arrival area. The event also provides a race regulation, a solidarity bib option, elite invitations and volunteer registration. Results and historical podiums are published after the races.
The organiser states values that guide the event: accessibility, education, sharing, solidarity and personal challenge. The event also presents commitments and an Eco‑Trailer charter as part of its environmental approach. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
