Trail Run Australia Tomaree takes place on 3 May 2026 at Fingal Bay, Port Stephens. Race headquarters is at the Fingal Bay Foreshore Reserve, 3 Marine Drive, Fingal Bay, NSW. Race HQ facilities include a cafe, public amenities and showers, drinking fountains, paid car parking, a playground, BBQ and picnic seating, beach access, a surf club and a boat ramp. Entries open in August 2025 and are processed through the event online entry system.

Courses combine coastal trails, national park tracks and beach sections. Key course facts: TRA32 has +584 m elevation gain and includes about 27.6 km of trails, 3.4 km of beach and 900 m of tarmac; TRA21 has +457 m gain and about 19.7 km of trails; TRA12.5 has +244 m gain and about 12.2 km of trails; TRA6 has +138 m gain and about 5.2 km of trails. Minimum ages are 18 for TRA32, 14 for TRA21, 12 for TRA12.5 and 10 for TRA6.
The event is a cupless race: athletes must carry a cup, bottles or a hydration pack for refills at aid stations. Aid stations provide water and sports nutrition. Compulsory equipment checks occur at registration and may be enforced on course; a 30 minute time penalty applies for each missing item.
