Trail FMLGD
Trail FMLGD is a philanthropic trail event scheduled for September 26, 2026 at Montagne de Val‑Saint‑Côme in Saint‑Côme, Quebec. The event raises funds for the Programme d’aide aux médecins du Québec, with an overall fundraising target of CA$50,000 and current donations reported.
The event offers multiple participation formats, open to the public with priority registration for health network participants (over 150 bibs reserved):
- 15 km on a single loop, 1000 m total elevation gain.
- 3 h individual or team, repeated loop format.
- 6 h individual or team, repeated loop format.
- Heroes Race 1 h for children, 1 km loop, non timed and no bib.
Team entries for the 3 h and 6 h formats allow 2 to 10 members, with participants relaying freely on the same loop and only one runner on course at a time. Each participant is asked to complete a minimum individual fundraising target of CA$100 for the beneficiary.
