Trail du Couserans - Saint-Girons

The Trail du Couserans, organized by the Spiridon du Couserans, takes place in Saint-Girons, nestled in the heart of the Pyrénées Ariégeoises Regional Natural Park. This event features two main races: a challenging 30 km trail with a 1325 m elevation gain and an 11 km "Liberté Trail." Additionally, there is an 11 km hiking option.
