Trail des Appalaches

Trail des Appalaches takes place in Parc national Frontenac, in the Granit region, at 1179 Chemin des Roy in Sainte‑Praxède. The event is scheduled for May 29 and 30, 2027 and includes on‑site activities the day before and the day of the races, including bib pickup.

The course has very little elevation and is described as rolling. Maintained trails cross mature forests, bogs, shorelines and clearings, offering several scenic viewpoints of the local natural landscape.

The event offers multiple distances for runners, walkers and families, and includes a children's race. A race guide is available for participants.

Organizers support the Fonds des Mille‑Pattes, a program focused on education, safety and the development of outdoor activities for youth. The event also highlights the attractions and communities of the Granit region.
