Trail des Appalaches
Trail des Appalaches takes place in Parc national Frontenac, in the Granit region. The event uses a network of maintained trails that run through mature forests, bogs, lake shores and clearings and lead to varied panoramic views. The route is described as having very little elevation and being largely runnable, providing a smooth and flowing trail surface over most sections.
The event presents multiple distance options to accommodate different participants:

- 4 km
- 10 km
- 15 km
- 30 km
- 60 km
The event is presented as accessible to experienced trail runners, walkers and families. It also includes a children’s race and other family-oriented distances.
Beyond the race distances, the Trail des Appalaches supports the Fonds des Mille-Pattes, a program focused on education, safety and the development of outdoor activities for young people.
