Trail des Aiguilles Rouges

The Trail des Aiguilles Rouges (TAR) is a semi-autonomous trail running event set in the stunning mountainous terrain of the Aiguilles Rouges massif in Chamonix, Mont Blanc. The course spans approximately 50 kilometers with a positive elevation gain of 3800 meters, starting and finishing in Chamonix. Participants must adhere to strict environmental guidelines, including staying on marked paths and not littering, as the event takes place in a protected natural reserve.
