Trail Blazer 15k & 5k
Trail Blazer is a road and trail event held in Meadville, PA, at Ernst Conservation Seeds on Mercer Pike. The course is flat and runs mostly on the paved section of the Ernst Trail with a small portion on Mercer Pike Road. The trail follows an old rail line through the bottom lands of the French Creek valley and passes meadow and marsh areas, hardwood stands, and hemlock thickets.

Water is provided on the course, with additional water and snacks available at the finish. An awards ceremony follows the race. Awards recognize the top three male and female finishers in both the 15K and the 5K. First place finishers are awarded in these age groups: 18 and under; 19 to 29; 30 to 39; 40 to 49; 50 to 59; 60 to 69; 70 and up.
Parking is available at Ernst Conservation Seeds. Porta johns are provided at the start and finish area. Unisex T shirts are guaranteed with preregistration prior to June 30, 2025; shirts for registrations on or after June 30, 2025 are first come first serve.
