Tountinna
Tountinna is a mountain running event in County Tipperary scheduled for Sunday 31 May 2026. The course distance is 10.00 km with a listed climb of 500 m. The event has a maximum of 250 places.
The course will have only major junctions marked. GPS devices are not allowed. The event is part of the Coillte Summer/Autumn Trail League, Munster.
Entry fees are €7 for seniors and €5 for over 65s and under 18s. Entries open on Monday 25 May 2026 at 21:00 and close on Saturday 30 May 2026 at 18:00.
Mandatory kit is Level B - Standard. Required items include a waterproof jacket, hat or buff, gloves, a whistle, a charged mobile phone with the emergency number stored, and a foil blanket or bivvy bag. Runners should have the means to carry the kit. The exact kit to be carried on the day may be finalised depending on conditions and will be advised at registration.
