Tough Mudder at The Cheshire County Showground
Tough Mudder is an outdoor obstacle course event organised by Islamic Help at The Cheshire County Showground in Knutsford, WA16 0HJ on Saturday 10 October 2026. The course covers 5K and includes more than twelve obstacles that require participants to climb, crawl, and pass through water and mud sections.
Registration includes a requirement to raise a minimum of £250 for Islamic Help. After registration, participants will receive an email to set up a personal fundraising page. Islamic Help may cancel places for participants who do not meet the stated fundraising goal.
The event is open to individuals aged 14 and over. Participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No prior experience is required. Entry fees are non refundable.
Participants are asked to bring photo ID and registration confirmation. Other recommended items include a water bottle, sunscreen, a complete change of clothes, suitable footwear or sandals, a towel, and a plastic bag or waterproof gear bag for muddy clothing. Photography and videography may take place and content might be shared by organisers or third parties; participants can notify organisers on the day if they do not wish to be photographed.
